I am now 11 months out from my surgery and next month on August 14th it will be my one year anniversary. After that we get to start trying for a baby and i hope that everything with that goes good.
I haven't been doing any exercising i have stopped using my wii fit i really need to get back in the habit of doing that again maybe that would help me with the weight loss too. Maybe i will try to get going on it again soon. I am going to be doing a 5k sometime in the next couple of months i don't remember when it is but i am going to try and do it I know I won't be very fast but i think if i just finish i will be doing pretty good.

wow it has been a long time since i last wrote anything on here. Well this is where i am at now i have lost 140 pounds!! I am so excited about this amount of weight loss. I am going to try and put up a before and after picture on here if i can figure it out. Right now i am at 200 lbs i can't wait until i get below this number i can't even remember the last time i didn't have at least a 2 in front of my weight. I did is 199 for about a min on sunday morning but i haven't seen it since. Hopefully next week i will get to see it again.
